Dense, low mound of vibrant golden yellow spring foliage, accented by clusters of pink flowers on new wood in summer. Foliage turns yellowish green in summer, then yellow-orange in fall. Excellent as a contrast or foundation, border and in mass plantings.

Care
General Maintenance: Prune annually and remove root suckers to control size and spread.
Light: Full sun
Watering: Water deeply and regularly during the first growing season to establish an extensive root system. Once established, reduce frequency.
Soil: Provide well-drained, enriched soil. It prefers to grow in average to moist conditions, and shouldn’t be allowed to dry out. It is not particular as to soil type or pH.
Fertilizer: Feed in early spring with an all purpose fertilizer prior to the new growth.
